Why Donate?

AbleVoices is a small 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that uses the power of photography as a tool for self-expression, empowerment and advocacy for individauls with disabilities. Your donation can help provide a camera, sponsor a participant, or give an opportunity to celebrate strengths. Our mission is to amplify the voices of people with disabilities through the powerful medium of photography, ultimately fostering more inclusive communities. Your donation can make a difference!

In-Kind Donations:

AbleVoices accepts cameras in good working order that have an SD card slot, battery, charging cord, manual (if available), etc included. We also accept inkjet photo paper, tripods, lenses, camera bags, and other photography-related items in good condition and working order. We accept both digital and film photography equipment. After submitting the in-kind donation form, a staff member or volunteer will reply to confirm pick up, drop off, or mailing instructions. Stock Donations:

AbleVoices has added the capability of accepting stock donations. A donation of stock held for over a year allows a donor to deduct the full market value of the stock from their taxable income without paying any taxes on the capital gains.
